We are students from The Hemel Hempstead School, and as part of this year’s Dacorum Dragon’s Apprentice Challenge, we will be holding a golf tournament on the 9^th February 2019 at Little Hay Golf Club, in order to raise money for the Hertfordshire Domestic Abuse Helpline. We have been partnered with this incredible charity for the past 6 months, where we have so far worked hard to raise over £2,000. This golf tournament will be our final event before the challenge finishes, so we hope to make it a fantastic day to raise as much money as possible for this worthy cause.

The Hertfordshire Domestic Abuse Helpline provide free, confidential advice for anyone who is suffering from Domestic Abuse. They have well-trained call-takers who can provide valuable advice to those in need. It is estimated that 1 in 5 children experience some form of domestic abuse and over 130,000 children live in households with high-risk domestic abuse. By attending our golf day you will be helping us to raise money to help protect these people.
